Computer and OS: Acer Notebook, 1.66 GHz, 160 GB, WIN7, 32 bit

I have tried twice to install AutoCAD 2011 and AutoCAD 2011 LT from two different Tutorial DVD's included with the AutoCAD 2011 Bible.  The error message that I received from BOTH installations was "corrupt file... try to download from... AutoDESK..."

Okay then, I have tried twice to install from the installation file downloaded from AutoDESK.  When I get to the very end of the installation process (2 hours later), I get to page four of the confirmation and the "next" box is grayed out and my only choice is to click the "back" button.  I can not complete the installation unless I can click "next" and move forward but something isn't right on this page.

This is very frustrating.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Running Autocad on a Notebook is not really recommended, since the system specs are generally not sufficient to support the program: Minimum System Requirements

The message during installation did not say exactly which file(s) was corrupted.

I have only 1 GB Ram.

I was eventually able to get AutoCAD 2011 installed but it was only after several attempts, three different tactics, and several hours of trying.  It should not be that hard.NewSchool2010-10-30 01:15:30

Did you read the minimum system requirements for 2011 that I linked you to in my previous post? You need a minimum of 2GB RAM, not 1GB. What about the other requirements? I'm guessing your Notebook probably does not meet the required processor spec either? That's why I said Notebook's are not recommended for installing and running Autocad.I don't know how you got it installed, but good luck trying to run it without it crashing constantly.
