Output is scaled to a smaller page size and will not retain the page setting selected in page setup.Output is shifted to the lower left instead of being properly centered on the page.

Hi, i had experienced this issue for many time. The solution was to uninstall and the install the printer drivers. Make sure that you turn off the printer during the install.Hope that my words helps you
