For a quick overview of the repeat frequency of texts in your drawing and for a quick spotting of duplicate texts you can use the free utility CADstudio TextFreq.

After you load it (_APPLOAD) and start the TEXTFREQ command, select the text objects (or All) and the function displays a table with the number of occurrences of each text string (descending by number, split duplicate/unique) - e.g.:

Command: TEXTFREQ
Select texts to analyze:
Select objects: 19 selected

Total 19 texts selected
Text frequency analysis of 8 unique texts (descending):
