Q - question

Inventor Viewer also on a computer with Inventor.

A - answer The standalone free viewer for Autodesk Inventor file formats (IPT, IAM, IDW), Inventor View (see Download) is to be installed only on a PC without Inventor (with no full Inventor version installed).

If you want to open quickly (view, print) a part, an assembly or a drawing also on a computer where you have installed full Inventor, you can use the application InventorView.exe. You can run it from the Bin folder in your Inventor installation directory.
