One of the new functions in the web tool Autodesk Map Server version 2013 is the performance analysis report. You can use it to identify bottlenecks in generation and publishing of the contents of the individual map layers from various data sources.

A sample of such analysis shows that the longest part of the particular query (328.75 ms from the total 830 ms) was spent on generating the layer "Plochy povrch 0" of the class ZM_PLOCHA_POLY_0 and that this map probably contains only minimum of labels:

Performance Report

The "Performance Report" can be invoked from the Site Administrator console under the URL address http://SERVER/mapserver2013/mapadmin/performanceReport.php.
