W3D Parse Error when viewing a DWF file from Inventor.
A - answer DWF Viewer can display this error on systems with system decimal separator set to other symbol than point ("."). See Control Panel, Regional Settings, Decimal Separator.

The "W3D Parse Error" can be also caused by an attempt to view a newer DWF file format in an older version of Autodesk DWF Viewer.
